:D this beautiful orange babe here is by HERMES! Well not exactly :P that's just branding. It's produced by Leica, some german brand known for its limited ed cameras. They produced a 100 of this, and a 100 in another colour (which isnt as chio).
Anyway yepppp, commoners like us can only dream of owning it- it's a hefty $14,000! I reckon some rich hobbyist/ collector living in a sprawling mansion in USA will be purchasing it to put in his room full of glass display units with limited ed items all over. Or some rich businessman will purchase it for his wife to carry to her socialite events- it's Hermes after all!

And this white 'un here is Holga 135BC ;D. It's just a chio toy camera :D costs around $100. It's not expensive cause' it's just a film camera, but it's effects are really cool! All those vignettes, light leaks blahblah.

finallyyy feeling the inclination to blog :D heh.

today was spent having lunch in some chinese restaurant to celebrate my grandad's birthday! i've no idea what his age is, about 80+ i think XP old peeps dont have birthday cakes- they have longevity buns, so i cant count the candles.

:( but the cockles they served today was rather disappointing. Usually i devour cockles like there's no tomorrow, but i just couldnt bring myself to finish up the plate of cockles today. XP well at least this reduces the chance of me getting Hepatitis B or something.

i've pictures of today's celebration in my DSLR, but its sooo hard for my to get my brother to evacuate his computer so i can upload them & trans them over, so i'll just update this post with pictures next time (or never:X).

but i do have a couple of older photos from before to update with! :D

i like jon's semi-pro! (the one i'm holding in pictures above- which were taken using my DSLR) it's fun stuff XP but then again i already own a DSLR so i shouldnt be hankering after people's semi-pros >_<.

bought this super cute cake @ breadtalk! that was on saturday, where we decided to visit the ill sinyan with a mini cake to sort of celebrate her coming birthday XP.
kashun & zhijiun kept saying that we should get something that sinyan would like to eat :X but i just kept insisting on this kawaii cake! i so super love breadtalk.

we spent the day @ her place watching movies/ playing computer. Taken was an awesome movie. Paranormal Activity is the most boring/ crappy horror movie on earth. >_> i got so bored at the start i just decided to play tap tap revenge on kashun's itouch. the quality was akin to that of a home video, which i absolutely hated- 1.5 hours of video camera shake is more than enough to drive my head dizzy. the climax was at the end, and it lasted for all of 5 pathetic minutes >_> which i couldnt even be bothered to watch at that point of time.

just gonna' say, paranormal activity is the absolute. crappiest. movie. ever.

its funny how i've been complaining in school the whole day about how tired i was, and yet when i reach home, i dont collapse on my bed- rather, i switch on my laptop and stay up even later. LOL.

XP its something to do with school, methinks. Anyway i'm feeling really contented right now :D being stuffed full of tasty breadtalk chow always makes me happy! It's the same kind of contentment i indulged in in secondary school- pigging out at KFC about once a week. Only i'm pigging out on breadtalk more than once a week :X i'd better keep a watch on the bathroom scale.

But methinks i burnt quite some calories yesterday! Went to play badminton with chengmun, my bro, his GF and some of my bro's friends XP. It was alright, but i lost steam after the first hour- pretty much left the doubles game to chengmun :X whilst i floundered around the front of the court.

Ate at 18 Chefs that night! It's as good as they say :D the food was super reasonably priced cuz' it was student meal! And i love the ice lemon tea there 8DD awesome stuff it is.

Alas, i think i shall retreat from blogging, to bask in my full stomach & 8 days-reading contentment.

i've been pondering..

MAJOR OMG. i was forum surfing, and i came across an interesting thread- about Pentax k-x DSLR camera coming out in SG soon!

And its most awesome feature? COLOUR! i havent seen any coloured DSLRs as of yet! (black doesnt count) And here we have 100 colour combinations for this DSLR!

The downside is that only the white & black ones are being released in singapore x( - darn SG's teeny market- and of course, that i've already gotten an awesome eos500d and do not need to downgrade to a pentax DSLR. LOL.

XP i'm looking forward to a future of colourful DSLRs to take over my eos500d's legacy.
